Nicole Baird has been Asset Manager for Equinor’s operated and non-operated portfolio in Appalachian Basin since joining Equinor in October 2017. Prior to joining the company, Nicole served in multiple capacities for Royal Dutch Shell and ExxonMobil. Her time in the energy industry spans technical, operational and strategic leadership roles across the USA, Africa and Europe. She holds an engineering degree from University of Southern California, and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Finance from Tulane University.
