Nick McKee

Head of US Energy and Power Corporate Banking, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Nick McKee is the Head of US Energy and Power Corporate Banking for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Nick joined the firm in May of 2012. His responsibilities include managing the E&P corporate banking business and leading a team of client facing bankers responsible for corporate banking and relationship management with the top 125 energy and power companies is the US. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Nick spent 26 years at Citi, 23 of which were dedicated to covering Power and Utility clients. From 2005 to 2012 Nick was Head of Citi’s Global Power team for corporate banking. Nick’s responsibilities included managing a team of bankers specializing in Power and Utilities globally. In this capacity he also served as senior industry specialist and senior business risk officer. Over the span of his career Nick has helped raise over $125 billion in capital for Power and Utility customers and his experience includes corporate and structured finance, capital markets, financial advisory and arrangement as well as risk management.

Nick graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1984 with a Bachelors degree in Economics and Political Science.
