Kelly Oden-Prasser

Public Affairs Manager, Sempra LNG

Kelly Prasser is the manager of external affairs for Sempra North American Infrastructure. The External Affairs group encompasses providing support for Sempra’s global projects in the areas of government and community relations, communications and media relations, and employee engagement. In her current role, Prasser is currently leading the external affairs efforts for projects in Texas and Louisiana. Prior to that, Prasser has held various positions within the Sempra family of companies including manager of customer solutions and community relations at San Diego Gas & Electric. Additionally, outside of Sempra, Prasser has held positions in broadcast media with the KFMB Stations and in public relations & advertising. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) and resides in San Diego, California.
