Francisco Morandi

VP Global Strategic Accounts, The AES Corporation

Francisco is the VP for Global Strategic Clients, based in Virginia.  In 1999 he started his career with AES in Venezuela, taking him on a journey to different managerial roles in the US and Brazil. Before joining AES he worked in the banking and management consulting area, serving customers in Latin America and the US.

Francisco holds a BSc in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Corporate Finance and MSc in Management, by Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas. He also completed the AES Senior Leadership Program at University of Virginia and the AES Global Leadership Retreat at Georgetown University.

Francisco is a board member of AES Tiete Energia and Brasiliana Participacoes in Brazil and the Brazil-US Business Council in Washington, DC.
