Charles Silio

Vice President, Strategy, Corporate Development, and Marketing, Agility Fuel Solutions

Charles A. Silio is the VP – Strategy, Corporate Development, and Marketing for Agility Fuel Solutions, the leading global manufacturer of clean fuel solutions for commercial vehicles.

Mr. Silio was previously a Principal at Element Partners, an energy and industrial technology private equity firm, where his investments included Agility. He previously worked as a private equity investor with D. E. Shaw & Co. and GTCR, focused on transaction processing, business services, industrial, and energy companies. He began his career as a telecom and technology investment banker at Lazard.

He is a contributor to the Atlantic Council and Eurasia Group’s project, Shifting Gears: The Future of Transportation, Oil Demand, and Energy Geopolitics. 

Mr. Silio holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, an MSc. with distinction in Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics, and a BSE in Civil Engineering and Operations Research with high honors from Princeton University.
