Patrick Boultinghouse

Patrick Boultinghouse has covered US Energy and Utility clients for over 20 years and is currently a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.  Patrick joined the Global Corporate and Investment Bank in 2015.  Prior to joining Bank of America, Patrick spent 5 years at Credit Suisse as head of Energy Debt Capital Markets and 12 years at Citigroup in Capital Markets Origination specializing in debt capital markets, leveraged finance and derivatives.  Over the span of his career Patrick has worked on hundreds of transactions for Energy and Utility clients including corporate, project and structured finance, capital markets, financial advisory and arrangement as well as risk management.

Patrick graduated with a BA in Economics from Harvard and graduated with an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business.
