Pam Kiely

Senior Director of Regulatory Strategy, Environmental Defense Fund

Pam Kiely is Senior Director of Regulatory Strategy at Environmental Defense Fund and leads EDF’s work on implementation of the Clean Power Plan. Prior to joining EDF, Pam founded PK Strategies and consulted for a wide range of clients on climate & energy issues with a specific focus on regulatory and legislative efforts across the Intermountain West. Previously, Pam led Environment Colorado, managing the group’s statewide political and policy work. Across these positions, she has focused on accelerating renewable energy deployment, reducing methane emissions, designing successful state-level greenhouse gas mitigation policies, and developing holistic policy solutions to address multi-pollutant emission reduction challenges—including Colorado’s Clean Air, Clean Jobs legislation. A graduate of Harvard University, Pam is a former collegiate cyclist and sailboat captain for Outward Bound.
