Tiffany Wallace is currently the Manager of Policy and External Affairs for Occidental Petroleum. Prior to her current role, she served as Deputy Director of the Oil Conservation Division for the State of New Mexico. Tiffany is a reservoir engineer who has worked 20+ years in upstream oil and gas development leading subsurface, engineering, production, operations, regulatory and planning groups throughout her career. Most of her time has been spent in the unconventional shales, but early in her career she worked Gulf of Mexico and International exploration and development. She holds a Master of Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M, a Masters in Infectious Disease Control Epidemiology from University of Texas Public Health School and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Zoology from the University of Oklahoma.
