Stefanie Asher

Permian Realization Manager, ExxonMobil

Dr. Stefanie Asher obtained her B.S and Ph.D in Materials Science Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2004 and 2007, respectively.  She joined ExxonMobil in 2008 and has since led a diverse set of both technical and leadership roles across the Upstream ranging from Pipeline Integrity Advisor to Engineering Supervisor.  She is currently the Permian Realization Manager for ExxonMobil Unconventional.  In this role, she is responsible for supporting XTO’s Produced Water Management strategy at scale throughout the Permian.
