Ryan started his career at Concho Resources in 2014, as a production engineer on the New Mexico Shelf. After 4 years he transitioned to a facilities engineering role, supporting Delaware Basin assets in Lea County, New Mexico. In 2022 Ryan started at Diamondback Energy as a Senior Facilities Engineer with a focus on supporting emission reduction projects. In 2023 he assumed the role of Facilities Engineering Team Lead, responsible for managing all capital construction and automation/electrical engineering. In 2024, after the merger with Endeavor Energy, Ryan assumed the role of Facilities Engineering Manager, with a focus on Power and ESG.
