Nile joined CalSTRS in March 2022 and is focused on decarbonization and corporate governance issues.  Prior to that, he spent eight years on the buy side primarily covering oil & gas, along with a variety of other industries.  He also worked in corporate finance at Edison International for four years. Nile has an MBA and B.S. in business administration from the University of Southern California. He is a CFA charterholder.
