Kathy Steerman is the Director of Air Programs for Civitas Resources. Kathy has over twenty-five years of experience supporting oil and gas, mining, power generation, and many other industry sectors.  Kathy’s professional roles in environmental science have included organic laboratory management, meteorological and air quality data collection and interpretation, with a current focus on the oil and gas air quality regulatory environment in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.
