Brian Sellers serves as President of Pioneer Water Management Company, overseeing heritage water assets and operations for Pioneer Natural Resources and ExxonMobil across both the Midland and Delaware basins—a role he assumed in May 2025.

With over two decades of experience at ExxonMobil, Brian has held a variety of leadership positions spanning North American hydrocarbon value chains and marketing. Most recently, he played a key role in the integration and transition of commercial and marketing functions for Denbury and Pioneer Natural Resources into ExxonMobil.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
