Andrea Felix currently serves as Senior Regulatory Policy Advisor for the New Mexico Oil & Gas Association where she leads developing policy on federal and state regulatory matters, develops rulemaking strategies and executes regulatory advocacy.

Prior to her current role she served as Director of Regulatory Affairs for EOG Resources, Inc.

Andrea is a regulatory professional who has worked 20+ years in midstream and upstream oil and gas development in New Mexico and several other states including offshore energy development leading surface, regulatory, construction and operations groups throughout her career.

Andrea is a New Mexico native and when she is not working, you can find her and her family on their family ranch in Northern NM riding horse and gathering cattle. Andrea and her husband have 3 children and 3 grandchildren who are the center of their lives.
