With combined over 15 years in the energy and conference sector, we cover all aspects of delivering outstanding industry events and tailor-made business solutions.

In her current and past roles Monika has started up and grown projects in partnership with industry and government to foster investment, drive development, encourage business growth and build meaningful relationships across a wide variety of topics in the energy industry.

Monika has a passion for and significant track record in turning ambitious ideas into successful business reality and connecting people through global networks. She is committed to creating opportunity – whether at boutique-style senior-level meetings or large conferences and exhibitions – for the energy industry to engage in profitable and lasting commercial
partnerships, to debate industry solutions and ultimately achieve their business goals.

Monika has built, trained and managed cross-functional teams in the energy conference sector, ranging from content producers to marketing, sales, research and operational managers and overseen all facets of the conference sector at a number of the leading global conference companies, including CWC Group, The Oil Council and Clarion Events.

With full project and P&L responsibility for several of the leading industry events, she has been running portfolios of conferences across North America, South America, Europe & Africa.

Economics and sociology graduated in Paris, France, Monika has lived and worked in some of the major cities in the world, including London, Paris, Barcelona, Munich and now San Diego, California. She is fluent in five languages (English, French, Spanish, German and Hungarian) and currently learning Portuguese and Japanese.
