Constellation

Norris Wright leads three strategic areas of Constellation’s natural gas business: Gas Origination, LNG Supply & Sales, and Low Carbon Origination. His responsibilities include business development and execution of structured gas transactions for Constellation’s wholesale gas portfolio and gas fired power generation fleet as well as LNG supply to Everett Marine Terminal and sales from the terminal to customers in the greater New England region. Additionally, Norris leads procurement, portfolio management and sales of RNG and carbon offsets for Constellation, providing natural gas customers with options to buy, manage and use clean energy as part of their decarbonization mission.

Constellation is the nation’s largest supplier of clean energy with more than 32,400 megawatts of generating capacity from nuclear, wind, solar, natural gas and hydro assets. As a leader in the clean energy transition, Constellation provides sustainable solutions to homes, businesses, and public-sector customers across the continental United States.

Professional Background:

Since joining Constellation in 2005, Norris has held roles of increasing responsibility in Risk Analytics Portfolio Management, and Trading. He was instrumental in launching the company’s UK trading and origination business before returning to the US to take on his current role leading Gas, LNG and Low Carbon Origination.

Prior to joining Constellation, Norris held seats on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and the Chicago Board Option Exchange as a market maker for equity options.

Educational Background:

Norris holds an MBA from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware’s Lerner School of Business. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Gas Association and serves on the commercial committee for the International Group of Liquefied Natural Gas Importers (GIIGNL).
