Katherine A. Panczak has 30 years of experience with environmental and project development activities, focusing for the last 25 years in the energy industry.  As Vice President of Business Development, Ms. Panczak is charged with identifying and developing viable market opportunities in the energy transition space.

Previously, Ms. Panczak was Vice President of DTE Energy Resources, responsible for developing and leading a Section 45 tax-incentivized business unit. She initially joined DTE in 2000 as Director of Environmental Affairs for DTE Energy Services. Prior to joining DTE Energy Services, Ms. Panczak was a Project Engineer with ARCADIS Geraghty & Miller (environmental engineering consulting firm).

Ms. Panczak completed the bachelor’s program in geology at the University of Illinois and the master’s program in civil/environmental engineering at the University of Illinois.
