[:en]Ignacio Quesada, a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Mexico, brings over 20 years of experience in financial and strategic consulting. As well, with experience in key positions in Mexico’s public sector. He served as Chief Financial Officer in Petroleos Mexicanos, better known as PEMEX, (Mexico’s Oil Company) and previously he was also a board member. He served as Chief of Staff of the Minister at the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (Mexico’s treasury office) and also at the Secretaría de Desarrollo Social (Ministry of Social Development). Mr. Quesada has extensively worked in the Energy sector helping companies in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Spain and South Africa, across the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. He was a partner at McKinsey & Company, a leading firm that provides consulting services in strategy, organization and operations. Responsible for the negotiation of projects, resource management and budgets, ending with the integration and communication of recommendations. Mr. Quesada earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the[:]
