Texas Political Director, Environmental Defense Fund

Colin is responsible for coordinating and promoting EDF’s political engagement in Texas – from the local level to the state’s congressional delegation. Working with program staff in Texas, Colin works to ensure that there is cohesion and strategic focus in the way that EDF’s legislative and political priorities are pursued with stakeholders, policymakers and elected officials. Colin is also managing our electric power grid work in Texas as we push for reforms to make the electric system more resilient and less carbon intensive.
