Martina Sittler is VP of Engineering & Construction at Targa Resources – Over 30 years in oil and gas, last eight in the Permian basin managing the growth and operations projects.  In 2015 Targa began electrification of its gathering and processing assets, this has led to better understanding of the power industry, providers, and regulatory bodies.  In late 2025 my responsibility pivoted from project execution to more of a sustainability planning roll focused on reducing methane emissions though operation evolution that includes continued focus on electrification of our assets.
