Joe Quoyeser

CEO, University Lands

Joe Quoyeser became interim Chief Executive Officer of University Lands on February 8, 2021.

Joe spent more than 31 years as a management consultant, most recently with McKinsey & Company.    He played a key role in launching the Permian Strategic Partnership, a collaboration of more than 15 Permian producers and service companies committed to improving public infrastructure in the Permian Basin.

Joe began his career in the Permian Basin as an engineer for Exxon, where he did field training and had production surveillance responsibility for leases on University Lands in Ward and Winkler counties.

Joe has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
