Travis Shearer

Vice President, OGC Markets & Strategy, Kiewit

Travis Shearer serves as a vice president for Kiewit Energy Group, a division of Kiewit Corporation based in The Woodlands, Texas. He is responsible for market development, strategic planning and business development oversight for Kiewit’s oil, gas and chemical markets in the United States.

Before joining Kiewit in 2018, Travis spent fifteen years with KBR, where he developed and executed complex projects, both in the United States and overseas. He has eleven years of experience in engineering and construction with an additional four years working on Middle East logistics and operations projects.

In his most recent role, Travis served as the vice president of business development for KBR’s engineering and construction business. He worked directly with domestic and international oil and gas companies to develop opportunities and ensure successful project execution.

Travis graduated from Texas Tech University in 2003 with a degree in political science and government.
