Dr. Erin Tullos is the Director of Research & Development at Scientific Aviation, a subsidiary of ChampionX. Erin builds innovative methane emissions detection and reduction strategies at an industrial scale. Erin is a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin, researching methane emissions and mitigation. Prior to her current roles, she worked in industry, including most recently at ExxonMobil, where previous responsibilities included research in emissions and environmental science, management of a portfolio of federal air regulations, and as a refinery environmental regulatory advisor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Ph.D., both in Physical Chemistry from Texas A&M University.
