Paul Goydan leads Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice in North America across oil and gas, power and utilities, and new energy. He is a globally recognized expert on unconventional oil and gas, and coordinates BCG’s work globally on that topic. He is also a member of the Operations practice at the firm.

Paul works with clients globally across the energy value chain to help leadership teams improve operational performance and unlock their full potential. Since joining BCG in 2005, Paul has worked for some of the largest companies in the Fortune 500 on business development, strategy, and transformational improvement.

Recently Paul has worked with leaders on digitizing their operations and deploying new technologies including numerous projects across the value chain on drilling and completions, plant and refinery operations, supply chain strategies, and field force excellence.
