Steven Woodward

Senior Vice President Business Development, Antero Resources Corporation

Mr. Woodward is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Antero Resources and has been with Antero since its inception in August 2002. Prior to Antero, from 1993 to 2002, Mr. Woodward served in various business development roles in the US and Canada for Dynegy Inc. and its predecessor companies, Natural Gas Clearinghouse and NGC Corp. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Woodward served as Manager of Business Development for Reliance Pipeline, a division of Nicor Inc. From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Woodward served as a Project Development Representative for Western Gas Resources. From 1981 to 1988, Mr. Woodward served in various engineering roles with ARCO Oil & Gas Company, a division of Atlantic Richfield. Mr. Woodward holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Colorado at Boulder.
