Joan Dreskin

Vice President & General Counsel, Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA)

Joan Dreskin has been with the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America as general counsel since March 1998. She also serves as vice president of regulatory issues.

Prior to joining INGAA, Ms. Dreskin worked at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. From October 1988 through 1993, she worked in FERC’s Office of the General Counsel. From May 1993 through August 1997, Ms. Dreskin served as legal assistant to FERC Commissioner Don Santa. Subsequently, she returned to FERC’s Office of the General Counsel.

Ms. Dreskin received a BA from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. She received a JD from Emory University School of Law.

Ms. Dreskin is married with three children. She resides in Potomac, Maryland
